Blue Beetle has grown out of our goal to guide and assist young leaders of today in seeing the value of team work, hard work and good work in their futures of tomorrow.
We want to help build cultures that recognise and celebrate achievement, that promote personal and team growth and that uplift and support each individual for the benefit of the whole.
Our approach
It’s essential to us that our clients understand how we work and have the best opportunity to talk through their needs and desired outcomes.
We offer all clients a completely no-obligation, introductory consultation at no charge. All client discussions are completely confidential and any client details that are captured during our discussions are held in line with our privacy and data collection policy.
We tailor every aspect of our workshops to our clients’ needs. We conduct pre-workshop backgrounding to build a picture of the groups’ dynamics and then deliver workshops that build skills, confidence and outcomes. We understand the importance of engaging with each attendee and working to build trust and genuine connections in order to guide and mentor successfully.
We follow-up and debrief after all workshops and sessions. We work with our clients to manage discussions and outcomes arising from the workshops. We provide ongoing guidance as to pathways available for future learnings and continued growth.
