BEN MORRIS
Ben starts with the team’s or individual’s needs and wants and works from there. Calling on his career experience of over twenty five years within emergency services management and operations, elite sport refereeing as well as the construction industry, Ben’s skillset includes critical thinking, strategic leadership and critical incident management all built on top of a solid foundation of management and mentorship of both junior and senior colleagues and trainees.
Ben has a strong focus on bringing out the best in his teams. He guides and coaches individuals to challenge themselves and their abilities whilst engendering a sense of pride and ownership of the whole team’s outcomes. Ben works both one-on-one and with the whole group when formulating goals and developing a team. He believes strongly in the need to understand a group’s dynamics before attempting to guide them through a period of transition or growth.
At the heart of Ben’s approach to leadership development is a focus on mental health, trauma reduction and consequence management.

KELLY HALLAHAN
Kelly comes from a career’s worth of experience in business development, coaching and counselling.
Experienced in Behaviour and Person-centred counselling, Kelly’s approach is to listen and observe, guide and challenge. Her focus is always 100% on the client and she will work with you to pinpoint your goals, needs and obstacles.
Kelly has assisted many clients with goal setting and personal motivations. As a former manager herself, Kelly also has hands-on experience building teams from within and guiding them to succeed. Kelly understands the complexities of managing teams, timelines, deadlines, outcomes and expectations.
